Embeddable URLs
Overview
When the development of a full-scale API integration with Maersk is not a practical choice to our customers, they can instead embed URLs to the Tracking or Scheduling modules on Maersk’s website (https://delivers.maersk.com). These URLs, which are listed as follows, can be used, for instance, in communications or directly inside a system or an application outside of Maersk’s ownership to allow easy navigation.
Tracking Module URLs
We highly recommend that the following new URLs are used. The legacy URLs will soon be discontinued.
- https://delivers.maersk.com/pilot-shipment-detail/?Pro=XXXXXXXXX

Notes:
- A shipment may or may not be scheduled for outbound deliveries via the Scheduling module based on the following:
- Distance from Maersk’s nationwide domestic stations: Currently, the application is limited to points within a 65 mile radius from a station.
- Home-delivery service level requested: Some levels, e.g., Maersk’s Premier Service, entail resources that cannot be scheduled online, such as specialized services, equipment, and personnel.
- Current location of the freight: Maersk does not allow scheduling of deliveries until the freight is in one of our stations or beyond the agent’s physical possession.
