Uninstalling old version of Navigator

1. To uninstall existing Navigator version:

If you’re running Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10:

1. Click the start button

2. Go to Control panel (on the blue right panel)

3. Select Programs and Features (Windows 7) or Click Uninstall a program (Windows 8 and 10)

4. Select JWALK Windows Client from the list of available programs. It will have the Navigator start icon you’re used to seeing.

5. Select Uninstall

For older versions of Windows:

1. Click the start button

2. Go to Control panel

3. Select Add/Remove Programs

4. Select JWALK Windows Client from the list of available programs. It will have the Navigator start icon you’re used to seeing.

5. Select Uninstall

2. Delete existing Navigator shortcut from your desktop.

Installing new version of Navigator

Step 1. Download the version for your system. Click on the link below, save to your hard drive.

airtrak32.msi – 32Bit Version

airtrak64.msi – 64Bit Version

Step 2. Start the Navigator installation setup program by clicking on the folder where you saved the install program in Step 1, double-click on the file.
