Install the Pilot Freight Services Zscaler Client Connector

1. Download the Zscaler client to your system. Click on the link below, save to your hard drive.

Windows Client: Zscaler-windows-3.8.0.102-installer-x64.msi

Mac Client: Zscaler-osx-3.6.1.30-install.pkg

For Windows users, when the download has completed open Windows Explorer, click on the folder where you saved the install program to and double-click (Example: C:\Zscaler-windows-3.8.0.102-installer-x64.msi)

Click “Run” if you receive any security warnings to start the install.

2. Click “Next” at the Zscaler Setup Wizard.

3. Click “Next” to accept the License Agreement.

4. Click “Next” on the Custom Setup screen.

5. Click “Finish”

Connect to Pilot Freight Services

1. When the installer is finished, open the Zscaler client from the taskbar (see images) or from the start menu.

2. Enter your Google email ID and password.

3. Per Maersk Cybersecurity rules, sessions are only valid for 24 hours! If you cannot to Pilot applications, you need to re-authenticate! (See Image)
